Bayside Skill Center Food Service Program is a learning opportunity for adults who are considering entering the food service industry. Housed at the Old Alcohol Plant's Spirits Bar & Grill in Port Hadlock, students will work with Executive Chef Troy Murrell in small cohorts of six to eight students over a six week course on Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. with potential for additional study and collaboration afterword.
