Soup's On for Hunger

Profits from your purchase of a soup, salad, and rolls meal will help the hungry in Jefferson County.

 

 

The federal government shutdown has hundreds of families wondering where their next meal will come from. The uncertainty of when, how or if the SNAP benefits will resume is destabilizing for both community members and the organizations that offer food.

 

Let's help our food banks brace for a surge in need! Join us for an all-you-can-eat soup, salad, and rolls dinner in the Bayview Room at The Old Alcohol Plant Inn. Profits from the event will be donated to the Jefferson County Food Banks; guests are also welcome to donate cash or non-perishable foodstuffs at the door.
