What is #BringMorePeopleHome and How Can I Participate?

Bayside is holding a TEAM FUNDRAISING COMPETITION this year as a fun way to help us grow our base of support and achieve our goal to BRING MORE PEOPLE HOME, into transitional and permanent supportive housing.

  1. CLICK BELOW to START YOUR INDIVIDUAL FUNDRAISER. We'll walk you through it step-by-step, and give you all the tools you'll need to build your team!

  2. RECRUITS FRIENDS, FAMILY & COLLEAGUES, locally and across the world, to raise money for Bayside's mission and to HELP YOUR TEAM WIN PRIZES!

  3. START TEAM BUILDING by raising funds. YOUR fundraiser, your way! Here are some ideas:

    • Use Social Media - we'll give you templates to personalize!

    • Send emails or personalized letters - again, plenty of templates to get you started.

    • Host a dinner at Spirits Bar & Grill and we'll send a staff member to come talk with your guests about Bayside Housing & Services' innovative supportive housing model.

    • Request a tour of Bayside's housing sites for your prospective FUNDRAISING TEAM.

    • Invite guests to a tour (or dinner, cocktail hour, etc.) in your home or at Spirits Bar & Grill and talk with them about why Bayside's mission is important to YOU.

    • Set up donation stations at local businesses to collect cash donations throughout the campaign. We can attribute these cash/check donations to your team total!

  4. KEEP BUILDING YOUR TEAM, by getting "Team Members" to donate to the Fundraiser you created online - until GIVING TUESDAY, on NOVEMBER 29th.

  5. CELEBRATE WITH YOUR TEAM as you claim your prizes, knowing that you've made it possible for more people to move into safe transitional and permanent housing, with the services they need to eventually heal and reconnect with community. BEST FUNDRAISING TEAM EVER!
